Meet the Founder

Marco Pohlner

Culinistry was founded by Marco Pohlner, a chef and hospitality professional with international experience across renowned restaurants, hotels and culinary projects.

After training at Schloss Fuschl and working in demanding culinary environments in Austria and abroad, Marco developed a deep understanding of what makes hospitality businesses thrive: strong skills, clear systems and consistent standards.

His time in Tanzania, Zanzibar and Oman shaped the vision behind Culinistry — to support chefs, owners and hospitality teams with practical, commercially focused consultancy that improves operations, strengthens quality and elevates the guest experience.

At its core, Culinistry brings culinary creativity, operational clarity and hands-on expertise together to help hospitality businesses build stronger concepts, better structures and more memorable guest experiences
